How to reach us if you hold rights to content and believe it is being carried improperly.
Our position
NorvikTV does not produce, own, host or upload the programming carried on the service. We operate a delivery network that provides access to streams supplied by upstream partners. We respect the rights of content owners and act on properly formed notices without delay.
Sending a notice
E-mail support@norviktv.com with DMCA in the subject line. For us to act, a notice needs to contain all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say is being infringed.
- Identification of the specific channel, title or stream complained of, with enough detail for us to locate it.
- Your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We acknowledge valid notices within 48 hours and, where the complaint is substantiated, remove or disable access to the material identified. Where the stream originates with an upstream partner, we pass the notice on and suspend carriage in the meantime.
Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed in error, send a counter-notice to the same address containing your contact details, identification of the material and its previous location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that its removal was a mistake or a misidentification.
Repeat infringers
We terminate arrangements with upstream suppliers that generate repeated substantiated complaints.
Third-party trade marks
Channel names, broadcaster names, device names, app names and competitor names — including NordicCast — appear on this website for identification and comparison only. They remain the property of their respective owners, and nothing on this site implies affiliation with, sponsorship by or endorsement from any of them. If you believe a reference is misleading, write to us at the address above and we will correct it.
