Terms of service
Last updated September 2026. Plain language, because terms nobody reads protect nobody.
1. Who these terms are between
These terms govern your use of the NorvikTV service and this website. “We”, “us” and “NorvikTV” mean the operator of this site; “you” means the person who orders or uses a subscription. By placing an order you accept these terms.
2. What the service is
NorvikTV provides access to streaming content over the internet. We are not a broadcaster and we do not produce, own or licence the programming itself — streams are supplied to us by upstream partners and delivered over our network. Availability of any particular channel or title is not guaranteed and the catalogue changes over time.
3. Your account
Your credentials are for your household. Sharing them publicly, reselling them, or using them on more than the number of simultaneous streams your plan allows (up to 5) may result in the line being suspended without a refund. Keep them private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
4. Payment and term
Plans are prepaid one-off payments for a fixed term. Nothing renews automatically and we never store your card details — payment is taken through the provider whose link we send you. Prices are in USD and shown in full on the pricing page; there is no activation fee, no equipment rental and no add-on packs.
5. Free trial
The 24-hour trial is offered once per household, carries the same catalogue as a paid plan, and requires no payment details. It ends by itself and never converts into a paid subscription without you asking.
6. Refunds
Paid plans carry a 14-day money-back guarantee. The conditions, and the few situations in which a refund is not available, are set out on the refund policy page, which forms part of these terms.
7. Service levels and interruptions
We aim for 99.9% availability and operate automatic failover, but no internet service is perfect. Individual sources go down, maintenance happens, and your own connection matters as much as ours. Short interruptions are not in themselves grounds for a refund; a service that does not work on your setup and that we cannot fix within the money-back window is.
8. Acceptable use
Do not resell, rebroadcast, record for redistribution, or use the service to break the law where you live. Do not attempt to interfere with our infrastructure or to circumvent stream limits. We may suspend accounts that do.
9. Third-party names
Channel, broadcaster, device, app and competitor names — including NordicCast — appear on this site only to describe or compare services. All such names and trade marks remain the property of their owners, and their appearance here does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by or endorsement from them.
10. Content complaints
If you hold rights to content and believe it is being carried improperly, see the DMCA page. We act on valid notices promptly.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your current term. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed events.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to a term you have already paid for.
